fucked up management!

Kitchen Working hour.

Split shif - 10am to 2.30pm *break* 6pm to 10.30pm

thats your anyone that dun know what split means...

we all have to work split from monday to friday...

saturday and sunday we have to work 9.5hours straight... FOR 3 MONTHS!

1. where the hell are we suppose to go between that 4 hours splt?
2. if we stay like 5min drive back to our house then nvm lar. but what if some of us stay like 30-45min drive?
3. waste of money for petrol and also waste of all our time.
4. we dont get any split shif allowance and our pay is like so low and we have to work our ass off.
5. we dont have any freedom anymore, why? because we eat, sleep, work, sleep again and work again... tiring? try that your self


If you can think of any logical benefits (not for swensens but for us because they never fucking think about their staff situation but they just wan the benefits for them self) ,
plz feel free to tell us...

Oh, by the way... If any of swensens management or even the big bos is reading this, if you dont like my additude then go fuck your self coz i dun fucking care... sue me you mother fuckka!
